We are a local roaster based in West Hartford, CT Hartford, CT but with roots in Central Australia (aka. the “Red Centre”). Our primary goal is to provide great tasting coffee – period. As the founder of RCR, one of my motivations for starting this small business was the frustration I experienced searching for high-quality local coffee beans for home use. There are few things I find more satisfying than that first sip of a really good cup and I desperately wanted to recreate that experience EVERY SINGLE MORNING for myself, my family, and my friends. So I started roasting my own beans and I hope to be able to share some of that delicious “first sip” feeling with you!
